3. use this script below
When the staffer picks up the phone, use the script below:
"Hi, I'm [your name], are you a staffer for Congressman Jason Chaffetz? Great!
The number for the House Oversight Committee is going straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full. I know Congressman Chaffetz represents constituents in Utah, but I'm calling about his role as Chairman of the House Oversight Committee. He represents the interests of citizens all across the US, and I'm dialing in from [your state].
I thought you'd want to make sure constituents are able to reach Chairman Chaffetz. I’d like to leave a voicemail or memo for the Congressman.
Please tell him that American citizens, including myself, would like him to conduct a review to ensure that President-elect Trump does not have any actual or perceived conflicts of interests. I want the Committee to make sure Trump and his advisors comply with all legal and regulatory ethical requirements.
Thanks for doing the work that you do. Happy Thanksgiving."

4. Let us know if you called
Once you call, tweet at Chairman Chaffetz (@jasoninthehouse) to let him know you left him a message. His staffer will probably pass on the message, but this is another way to communicate directly with him.
